After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which confirms your order number, item purchased and delivery address.
Please be patient if your order confirmation isn’t delivered to your inbox straight away it can take a couple of hours. Please ensure that you’re checking the correct email address you used to purchase your item with and check it hasn’t been filtered into your spam/junk mail.

Our shipping partners deliver parcels upon timing stipulated here above. On the rare occasion, there are delays and delivery duration may extend beyond these expected time frames.

TERMS & CONDITION OF REFUNDS
Refunds are only allowed If you experienced any allergy with our deodorant. We would be more than happy to refund. Kindly send the goods back to this address: C-28-3A, Damansara Foresta Condominium, PJU 9, Persiaran Meranti, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia within 14 days of receiving goods.
Postage & handling fees to be borne by sender and final refund amount would depend on the balance left in the jar. Hello Natural Co has the final say on the amount to be refunded.
Refunds are not allowed under these circumstances:
(i) The products estimated arrival time has been delayed.
(ii) The batch you received appears different compared to the previous batch you ordered. Due to the delicate nature of using all natural ingredients, the appearance of the product might differ slightly. This will not affect the effectiveness of the products.
International Shipping & Taxes
International customers will be responsible for any fees, duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country. As customs policies vary widely from case to case for each country, please check with your local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty fees.
